Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself in the web admin or in the mobile app. Here is what happens.
Team member (manager, auditor, foreman)
Web admin → My account → Delete account, or the app → Profile → Delete account; confirm with your password. You are signed out and your name and email are erased at once. Plans you created stay with the company and show "Former member" as the author. Unsent work on the phone is deleted.
Company owner
Web admin → Company → Delete company; type the company name and your password. The subscription is canceled at once, the company becomes read-only, and all its data (plans, drawings, photos, users) is permanently deleted 7 days later. You can undo it until then.
